		<description>Somewhere between freezing the card and cutting it up is another helpful hint.  Don't take it with you.  Leave it in a lock box at home.  It will help cut down on the impulse purchases for sure.</description>

		<description>Wendy, that is an excellent point - as long as you are paying off those balances each and every month.

If the balances are not being paid off, the cash back options are not worth very much at all - the interest payments generally will far exceed any cash back or points accumulated.</description>
