Often when we are feeling discouraged or unmotivated, having some “mantras” that we can say aloud and repeat over can be helpful in overcoming the negative emotion and help us return to feeling more positive. Who likes to feel negative? Our “self talk” is often what determines our psychological feelings - and here are some mantras that I like - and some that work for others. I’ll add more to this page as I come across more or think about them.
