I have read a lot of objections about a fairly new advertising network that is just starting to roll out. It is new, and it is different - but if it gets going, it could be something you’ll want to add to your revenue generating toolkit.

How do you feel about a five second voice message playing when you visit a website? I know that I find it very obtrusive to go to a website where I’m forced to listen to music as I browse the site and there is no widget for me to turn off the music.

However, this is different - it’s only five seconds long and during the testing phase, I’ve used it on a variety of my websites without any complaints from my visitors.

And the nice thing? You get paid every time the ad is played, whether or not the visitor responds to the ad!

Right now, the pay out isn’t much. But for about 30 seconds worth of work adding a bit of Java Script to your webpages, it might be something that in the future could really take off.
